CRIOLLO meat - spring 2026

SPRING SHARES NOW AVAILABLE AND READY END OF APRIL 

These cows are part of a regenerative system and are raised off our high elevation pastures and are fed only hay that we grow and cut. They drink natural water from springs, the river or from our well and get Redmond's salt. They have had no vaccines, antibiotics, growth hormones and are allowed to birth with no human intervention. 

We like to think of food as the capturing and transferring of energy. These animals are independent, strong, smart, sweet and viril. All things we want signaled to our bodies. 

Cows will be processed at the C4 Mantanza in Tierra Amarilla USDA approved, dry aged on the bone for 2 weeks and vacuum sealed and labeled for your freezer. 

Shipping is available and an additional charge.

$12 a pound of take home weight after processing 

Each share is offered in a quarter of an animal (roughly 40-80 pounds) or in ground beef in packages of 12 pounds. 

Deposit of 150 for each quarter will be applied to the final price.  

Each share is first come first serve. Join the waitlist to hear about the shares first for future offerings.

Once we start planning to take the cattle for processing we will go down the waitlist. If there is availability in the 'Mercado' (market) then there are shares available.  

Participating members once selected from the waitlist will solidify their share with a deposit which will go towards the total.
