MILK
Our milk is raw A2 from their Jersey/brown Swiss cow that is fed only high altitude grass from their pastures which we flood irrigate and bale ourselves in Northern New Mexico.
Our cows are raised in a minimal intervention regenerative way. (no vaccinations, antibiotics, hormones, etc.)
Order before Wednesday for pick up in Taos on Thursdays.
